On the 11th July, we shared an evening of conversation, declarations and performance focused on where Musical Theatre is heading and what we can do to ensure a creative and supportive future. The evening featured a panel discussion, featuring special guests sharing their thoughts on where UK Musical Theatre is and should be heading with insights into their work and ambitions. The evening brought together a variety of Creatives and Professionals at the launch of our exciting plans.

MTExperiments are excited to announce a series of programming for 2019-2020 aiming to create opportunities for Musical Theatre artists. Giving them space for growth, development, exposure and the chance to create epic experimental performances, broadening the audience and demand for new works. Our ambitious year, detailed to the right serves our vision by:
• Supporting the development of musical theatre across the UK, with a focus on the Midlands
• Producing opportunities to share new work through full productions to workshops and reimagine existing musical theatre in dynamic new productions
• To create supported spaces for development
• To host a series of workshop and cabaret opportunities for emerging musical theatre artists
• To create relationships with Musical Theatre artists
• To create stages for new works and reimagining’s of existing works

We understand that theatre is expensive to put on and we can't just rely on ticket sales & funding. So we're opening up an ongoing donation pool for anyone who believes in our vision.
